Should have strong experience in the administration of Weblogic (installation, configuration, monitoring, upgrade) with strong troubleshooting skills
Experience in Sun one Webserver
Experience in a high-volume or critical production service environment.
Experience in Ticketing tools

Good communication skill is a must.
